神经肌肉电刺激治疗急性静脉炎的临床观察

摘要

目的：输液引起的静脉炎红肿较重患者往往恢复较慢，本临床观察对其原因进行探讨分析，并寻找一种对应有效的治疗方法。

方法：本组60例，随机分为两组，神经肌肉电刺激治疗组和紫外线治疗组。

结果：神经肌肉电刺激组第1次治疗后疗效优于紫外线组（P＜0.05），第3次治疗后疗效无统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组治疗3次后的效果均分别好于治疗1次（P＜0.05）。

结论：肌肉的收缩与舒张是四肢静脉及淋巴回流的一个重要动力因素，神经肌肉电刺激可以引起肌肉的收缩，从而改善四肢的静脉及淋巴回流，消除水肿，以弥补紫外线治疗的不足。

ABSTRACT

Objective:Toexploreeffectivetreatmentforacutephlebitis.

Methods:Randomlydivied60casesintotwogroup:neuromuscularelectricstimulation(NMES)groupandultraviolettherapygroup.AppliedNMESandultraviolettherapytotwogroups,respectively.

Results:Afterthefirstcourse,theresultofNMESgroupwasbetterthanultraviolettherapygroup(P0.05),andtherewasnosignificantdifferenceinthethirdcourse(P0.05).Afterthreecourse,twogroupsshowedbetterresultthanthatattheendoffirstcourese.

Conclusion:Contractingandrelaxingmuscleisimportanttoacceleratetheextremityveinandlymphreturning.NMEScanstimulatethecontractionofmuscles,improvetheextremityveinandlymphreturningandspeedupthebloodcirculatingtohelpcuringtheextremitydiseases.Itis
